Questions before buying
How do I install a plugin I bought?
Download NOIRE Central from your account and sign in with the same address: your plugins install in one click, and NOIRE Central keeps them up to date.
On how many computers?
Three at a time. You free a place by removing a computer from your account.
Do I need an internet connection?
To activate a plugin, then at least once every 30 days to check it. The rest of the time it works offline.
Which systems?
Windows 64-bit, in a VST3 host. Some plugins also run as a standalone application: each page says which.
Can I try before buying?
NOIRE Check is free with an account. The paid plugins have no trial version: each page describes what the plugin does and shows its interface.
What if I already own a plugin of a bundle?
The bundle stays on sale while one of its plugins is missing from your account, at the same price. The cart tells you what you already have.
Can I get a refund?
Access is immediate: by paying, you waive your right of withdrawal (see the terms of sale). If something is wrong, write to support: the legal warranties apply.
How can I pay?
By card, or with the other methods Stripe offers on its payment page. NOIRE AUDIO never sees your card details.
